PPPM Course Track & Training Schedule

As we can observe, Project Management skills have become increasingly recognized as a highly desirable for managers at all levels in an organization to ensure business success.

Our training is specifically designed to concentrate to match a typical Project Management Institute (PMI)'s project management life-cycle (concept, development, implementation and close-out).

As we understand, effective management of single project does not suffice anymore in today's organizations. Instead, the management focuses in firms should on simulataneous management of whole collections of projects as one large entity, and toward effective linking of this set of projects to ultimate business purpose, particularly using the concepts contained in project based management, programs and portfolios. * The major objectives of these trainings are to provide applicable knowledge and best practices to enable students to apply their knowledge gained from those training in their daily work; improving current project management capability and process not only for individual but also in the organization level. hese training provide many ready to use templates and processes.

** The major objective of this training is to equip students with sufficient theory preparation for the appropriate certification exams' objectives. PMBOK Guide and other additional materials will be used intensively as preparation resources. Reviews and exam trials will be performed during the course.
